Calling in Sick and Sick Leave

This information tells you how to report your absence from work due to sickness.

Calling in Sick and Outlook Auto-Reply

  • On the first day you are sick, inform your immediate manager that you will be absent from work.
  • Notify the switchboard (023-77 80 00) or support@du.se (use your du.se mail when you notify about your absence) so that your absence can be registered in Primula.
  • Add an auto-reply in Outlook and redirect your work phone number.
  • If you get sick while on vacation, follow the same procedure as if you were at work.
