Project manager for projects in the Swedish equine sector. Focus on developing methods for motivation and systematic work environment management. Participates in work environment courses at the department.
Dr. Andersson has an Occupational Hygiene background and has since the middle of the 80’s been focusing on control of exposure to hazards in the work place. She has especially focused on development and use of visualization methods and strategies for hazard control. Her research is now focused on transfer of knowledge from research to practise, to motivate employees and employers and also on production of training material using visualisation methods.
