The course gives a wider understanding of concepts, models, and theories within strategic analysis. The course seeks to deal with the complexities of strategy in balancing multiple perspectives including contemporary developments within strategies for sustainable business.
The course develops analytical skills by promoting the understanding of strategy analysis in business as a continuous process of balancing interests and incentives. Aspects of short-term and long-term profits combine and conflict with market competition as well as factors in the external societal environment.
