- For police, call 112.
- For security guards, contact the security service Avarn larmcentral: 010-222 30 88. A security guard can, for example, ensure that unauthorised individuals vacate a room.
What To Do If Threatened
A threat can be directed against you as an employee or at the University. In either case, there are some important things to keep in mind:
Threats over the Phone
- Write down what is said and try to stay calm.
- If possible, have a colleague listen to what is being said.
- Call 112 if the threat is urgent.
- Inform your immediate manager, who is responsible for following up the issue in accordance with the emergency response plan.
Threats by Email or on Social Media
- Call 112 if the threat is an emergency.
- Save the email or take a screenshot of the comment or post.
- Make a note of the date and time of the threat.

Prevent Security Risks on University Premises
Do not allow strangers access when you enter the premises through doors that require a key/key card.
Register visitors in advance, after which you are responsible for them during their visit.
