Scholarships: Exchange Studies and Traineeships

There are a number of scholarship types that you can apply for. Here we list those specifically for exchange studies and traineeships (internships) abroad.

What is a scholarship?

In simple terms, this is money that you (or a group or an organisation) receive to financially support you in your work. For example, you can receive a scholarship that will allow you to complete your degree project in another country.

Scholarships are generally used to cover the costs you will incur. In most cases, you do not need to pay tax on the money you receive in the form of a scholarship.

Minor Field Studies
Apply for a Minor Field Studies scholarship for field studies as part of your degree project (Swedish text).
Nordplus
A student and staff mobility network for long and short exchanges within the Nordic Region and Baltic States.
Erasmus+: Studies and Traineeships
Choose to be an exchange student or to complete a traineeship within the EU, and you can apply for an Erasmus+ scholarship. All students receive an Erasmus stipend, 400-460 € per month. Extra funding 150 € per month applies to students on internship.
