This module involves a variety of oral skills exercises such as discussions with particular regard to the student’s field, employment and social situations. Specialised vocabulary is acquired via discussions, worksheets and exercises, as well as by an analysis of a fictional or nonfictional book in English dealing with intercultural communication, which is presented both orally and in writing.
This module discusses and problematizes the various aspects which can make up the concept of ‘culture’ and contains theoretical studies of business cultures as well as practical exercises.
