Learning outcomes for the course
Upon completion of the course, the student shall be able to:
- Account for the management structures and functions at the state, regional, municipal and European Union levels
- Account for and apply key administrative policy concepts and perspectives
- Discuss and problematise how the political system of the European Union influences and interacts with management operations at the state, regional and municipal levels in Sweden
- Identify and critically reflect upon administrative problems as related to the principal societal values of democracy, effectiveness and justice.
