Create profile
Select "Archive E-mail" from the menu on the left. Then click the "Advanced" button and select "Microsoft Exchange".
In the window that opens, type the following:
- Protocol (HTTPS)
- Server address, leave the proposed setting, i.e. the default setting. (Auto Detect)
- E-mail address at the university
- Password to your user account
- Mailbox, leave the field blank
Click the "Test" button to see that the connection is working properly. When you're done, click the "Next" button.
Verify settings
Verify the settings. See in particular the marked sections. Then click the "Finish" button.
Start archiving
Click the "Run" button to start the archiving process.
See archived emails
Under "My Archive" in the menu to the left you will find your archived email.
