Chiles energyssystem for heating are is to a large extent dependend on the delivery of natural gas from Argentinia. Argentinia has already now problem to deliver the rquiered amount of gas so that there is an increasing demand for alternative heating systems in residential buildings. In this prestudy possibilities for a collaborations between Swedish and Chilean researchers and manufacturers will be investigated with the aim to develop renewable heating systems in Chile and by that creating prerequisites for the export of Swedish solar and pellet heating technology.
