Flexileave

If you have plus hours towards the end of the month, you can take these as time off in lieu – also called flexileave (flexledighet).

Inform Your Immediate Manager

The basic rule is that you may take time off in lieu (flexileave) whenever your work duties allow you to do so. If you want to take flexileave for one whole working day, first consult with your immediate manager.

Too many plus hours?

If you work full time, you are not permitted to have more than 40 plus hours at the end of any given month.
