Research

My research at Dalarna University is about the implementation of new practices in health care. In collaboration with researchers in Region Dalarna, Örebro and Värmland, we evaluate a model for how care and treatment in accordance with treatment recommendations can be provided by nurses and in which patients take greater responsibility for the treatment. I also lead a scoping review on how facilitators were prepared for the task of supporting implementation.

I lead and participate in research projects at Karolinska Institutet on different aspects of health care in stroke and on belonging and participation in society in stroke and other acquired brain injuries. Link to my profile page at KI.
