  • Press 1 if you need help with the study administrative matters, such as registration, counseling and admission.
    • If you need help with a reserve placement, registration or grades, press 1.
    • If you need help with issues relating to admissions, press 2.
    • If you need help from a guidance counselor in choosing education or occupation, press 3.
  • Press 2 if you need help with the university's digital learning environments such as Fronter and meetings in Connect.
  • Press 3 if you need help with your user name, password or access card.
  • Press 4 if you need help with the university's computers and technical equipment.

Term-time opening hours
The switchboard, reception, help desk, study administration, admissions and IT department are open 08:00-16:00 Monday-Friday.

NGL Centre is open 08:00-22:00 Monday-Thursday; 08:00-16:00 Fridays.
