Learning outcomes for the course
Knowledge and understanding
After completing the course the student should be able to:

critically reflect on the knowledge in the field of Business Administration in general, and specifically in relation to different management approaches, including an insight into the state of the art within one of the areas of Business Administration (1)

give a deeper account of methodological approaches relevant in the field of Business Administration (2)
Skills and abilities
After completing the course, the student should be able to:
- integrate knowledge and to analyse, critically assess and deal with complex phenomena, issues and situations within the field of study (3)
- identify and formulate research problems and to plan and carry out advanced studies within a specified timeframe (4)
- argue in writing for their own research findings and conclusions as well as for the chosen research design and the knowledge and arguments behind the research findings and conclusions (5)
- orally present, discuss and defend their own research study in academic discussions with others (6)
- analyse and critically assess and discuss the scholarly works of others (7)
Values and attitudes
After completing the course, the student should be able to:
- make judgments and take into account relevant scientific, social and ethical aspects, and demonstrate an awareness of ethical issues in scientific research (8)
