Six Million SEK Grant for Health and Welfare Research

Associate Professor Marie Elf of Dalarna University has been awarded six million sek for research in the University's Health and Welfare research profile.

The project "Technology To Support Decision-Making about Aging at Home - The COORDINATE project has received funding from Forte and the EU programme "More Years, Better Lives".

The project involves international collaboration with Canada, the Netherlands and Sweden, and generated 9 million sek, of which 3 million will go to Marie Elf and colleagues at Dalarna Univeristy. The project group comprises Marie Elf, Lena Dahlberg, Kevin McKee and Jerker  Westin.

A further 3 million sek has also been received for the project "Miljöer för rehabilitering, vård och återhämtning - utanför sjukhuset och tillbaka till hemmet" (unoffical translation "Environments for Rehabilitation, Care and Recovery - Outside the Hospital and Back Home").
