Quiet Meditation

Meditation is a way for you to collect yourself in wakeful attention. Meditation has been proven to be valuable health-wise but can also be a way for you to deepen your religious experience of the Presence. On the other hand, meditation is yours - you give it content, and the purpose of your meditation is your own.

At the introduction, we learn to sit in an anatomically correct position on a chair or low bench.

Falun:

Introduction for those with no meditation experience is at 18.30.

Meditation 19.00-20.00
