ICT support during Christmas and New Year 2011/2012

From December 22th we have no evening support, it begins again
on Monday, January 9th. December 27th-30th, we have support between the hours of 9-15, same hours applies for January 2th-4th.
On Thursday, January 5th, we are open between 9-12. From 9 January, we have regular opening hours.
