Welcome to Högskolan Dalarna!
Högskolan Dalarna is one of Sweden’s more recent universities, established in 1977. It is situated in Dalarna, a very picturesque Swedish province, 200 kilometres north-west of Stockholm.
The University currently has about 11 000 students coming from all parts of the country. Approximately 50 % of them are involved in distance learning, on-campus students study in Falun, the administrative capital of the province, and the neighbouring town of Borlänge.
