Biology

Biology is the learning about the living. In biology we study organisms and their relation to the surrounding environment. By focusing on the connections between structure and function starting out from cells, organs, organisms, populations and eco-systems an understanding of comprehensive biological problems and biological variation is offered. Experiments and observations, in the field as well as in the laboratory, are important parts of the studies.
