Language Cafés
Language Cafés are very much part of the scene at Dalarna University. Organised by the Language Centre, they bring people from all different backgrounds and cultures together for a late afternoon of language-sharing.
A table is set up for each language (see below for which languages) and a host, who is often a native speaker, leads and facilitates the discussion.
Everyone is welcome to take part, not just students from the university... the only prerequisite is a willingness to be part of the conversation!
Please note, there is no charge to take part in the cafés, but do bring coffee/tea money. The cafés run 16.30 to 18.00 every second Monday (see dates below) in Falun at Wayne's Coffee, Falangallerian, Östra Hamngatan 20.
