Crisis Plan

In an emergency situation, contact the fire department, ambulance, police, and security by phoning the central emergency number 112.

If you find yourself in a situation with an acute threat, for instance, if someone has a firearm or a knife, the police should always be called. Ring 112 immediately.

Sometimes there are situations which appear threatening but it isn't clear whether one should ring the police, for example, people on campus whom nobody recognises and who are conducting themselves in a threatening or disturbing way. In a situation like this you can ring Securitas, with whom the university has a security arrangement.
