Solar energy for electricity and heating of historic buildings?
Focus is on efforts to situate solar collectors or solar panels on buildings of culture-historical value. The aim is to incerase knowledge on how conflicts between two national interests could be met. These are the interest of preserving historic buildings and the interest for energy conversion and energy efficiency. Mainly social anthropological methods and theories will be used to study and analyse the respective culture-specific habits, experiences and modes of thinking which the respective actors use in their interaction.
