TRNSYS standard components and weather data:
TRNSYS has a set of standard component libraries which are enough to get started with system modelling and simulations. In addition, various compontents and libraries have been created during the decades TRNSYS has been used. Scroll down for more information.
TRNSYS can read various types of weather data. The standard TRNSYS install has enough of weather data files to get you started. TRNSYS comes also bundled with an extended set of weather data (pdf 711kB) for various locations around the world, which can be installed as needed.
